Booking and Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a $100 non-refundable booking deposit. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you entered into your online reservation. It is required to pay your deposit at the time you book your appointment. If you fail to pay your deposit your appointment will be cancelled.  Please refer to our full cancellation policy below. 

We kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Family members, friends, significant others, or pets are strictly not allowed as we must maintain a focused and sanitary environment to ensure that you achieve the best results possible for all of our clients.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if:

• You are a no-show.
• You are more than 15 minutes late (as all appointments are booked back-to-back).
• You fail to give a week notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment for any reason.
• You fail to follow pre-appointment instructions or read through the contraindications list.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so online via our website, by giving us a call, or by sending us an email two weeks before your scheduled appointment.  A new deposit will need to be made in order to book another appointment. No Exceptions.

Deposits are nonrefundable.

Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date.
